Zhao Tailai, born in Humen, Dongguan, Guangdong in 1954, is a noted collector of cultural relics. Through decades of hot pursuit and collection, Zhao Tailai has obtained a great bulk of relics, both from home and abroad. He donated more than 10,000 pieces of his collections of Guangzhou Art Museum, and nearly one thousand of them are Class A and B cultural properties under national protection.
